1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information SparkWise Enrichment Programs collects when you visit our website, book a trial lesson, or enroll in our classes, and how we use and protect it. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
2. Information you give us
When you book a trial or enroll, we ask for your name, email, and phone number, and your child's first name and grade so we can place them in the right class. This information is always provided by a parent or guardian, never collected directly from children. Our forms and classes are intended for parents to sign up on their child's behalf.
3. How we use it
We use your contact information to schedule your trial, communicate about classes, and send invoices if you enroll. We may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your trial request. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.
4. Website analytics
Like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use our site, and advertising tools (Google Ads) to measure whether our ads are useful. These tools use cookies and may record how pages are used. They help us improve the site; they do not give us your identity unless you submit a form.
5. Children's privacy
Our classes serve children in Grades 1 to 8, but our website and forms are directed at parents. We collect only the child's first name and grade, provided by the parent, and use it solely for class placement and teaching. We never knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
6. How long we keep information
We keep family information while you are a client or an active prospect, and for a reasonable period afterwards for bookkeeping. If you would like your information removed, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your choices
You can ask us anytime what information we hold about your family, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
